Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for a 50% refund of tour or transfer fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled departure will be charged at the full rate. If you fail to join the service at departure or are not at the designated pick up location 10 minutes before departure, you will forfeit your fare, and a refund will not be made.

Luggage

Passengers are allowed 2 bags of luggage with a combined maximum weight of 30kg. Small hand luggage may be carried onto the bus. NO WEAPONS OR FROZEN FOODS ALLOWED IN LUGGAGE.

Alcohol and Drugs

Please note that it is illegal to take or supply alcohol to a community with a no alcohol policy. Persons appearing to be affected by drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to board the bus and maybe evicted from the bus at any point at the discretion of the driver.

Food and drink

Food and drink (including alcohol) is not to be taken on the bus or consumed on the bus. No smoking allowed.

Road Conditions

Road conditions can be rough and cause damage or breakages to property, especially glass or breakables.   Please be aware that Kujurta Buru will not be held liable for any breakages or damage to passengers property.

Liability

Any costs incurred by a passenger as a result of delay caused by road or weather conditions, mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances, remains the responsibility of the passenger.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that passengers using the Dampier Peninsula transfer service or participating in one of our tours take out travel insurance through a travel agent.
